Eli Ocial is an independent creative artist residing in Metro Manila, Philippines.

She successfully completed her bachelor's degree in Broadcast Communication at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in May of 2018.

Her proficiency in directing, post-production editing, and cinematography has been honed through her involvement in various projects, encompassing both academic endeavors and external competitions/film festivals.

Her diverse array of interests extends to filmmaking, performing arts, dancing, singing, and photography.
